His efforts will help Callibrity accelerate growth plans while simultaneously providing clients with the same level of personal attention and trusted partnership for which Callibrity is known.
Callibrity has grown from less than ten employees to more than 50 employees in the last five years. This disciplined growth trajectory in Cincinnati has Callibrity executives poised to replicate the business model in new markets. The company plans to expand first to Columbus and repeat the business in several other new markets in the upcoming years.
Last year, Callibrity partnered with HCDC’s Office of Innovation + Creativity on their inaugural National Center for Economic Gardening initiative for second-stage companies. The OIC helps innovative companies with a proven success record (revenues from $1MM to $50MM and 10 to 100 employees) with strategic growth decisions by providing access to in-depth market research, geographic market expansion potential, and connection to implementation resources. The market data and insights gathered through this program helped leadership identify optimal geographic areas for opening new branch offices.
Callibrity President and Co-founder Gary Howard said, “Having James Carman as a full-time CTO will take those duties off the plate of our CEO [Mark Wehby] and will allow him to focus his time solely on shaping the future of our company.”
